Tomorrow is the big day for 5th graders.  It’s the day they begin Grand Rounds.  Grand Rounds is when they present their patients and findings to their peers.  We will learn about 5 patients tomorrow and we will learn about the other 4 patients on Wednesday.

The 4th graders worked hard on their Green Thumb projects.  Up next is an ecology project with Peterson’s Pond.  I guarantee that no one will be bored working with this mystery!

In math, the 5th graders are working with integers.  I have a couple of videos on You Tube (user id is nancyfootehigley), but we’re not quite ready to view them yet.   Ask your children about the houses they got today or the integer walk we did in the hall.

4th graders are hard at work on interpreting data and displaying it.  We move on to logic and if, then statements.  It will be a fun week!

I am so glad that I get to spend my days with your children.  Thanks for sharing them with me.
